By downloading or using the Synk application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the application.
2. Description of the service
Synk is a dating and matchmaking application based on shared affinities and common interests. The service allows users to connect with other people who share their passions across 12 categories.
3. Access requirements
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Synk. By signing up, you confirm that you have reached the legally required age in your country of residence.
4. Synk Pro — One-time purchase
Synk Pro is offered at 12,99 € as a single, final purchase. This one-time payment permanently unlocks all premium features, with no recurring subscription. In accordance with consumer law applicable in the European Union, you have a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of purchase. By confirming the purchase and immediately gaining access to the premium features, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the service and waive this right of withdrawal. Outside of this case, the purchase is non-refundable except for a proven technical fault attributable to Synk.
5. User conduct
Users agree not to use Synk for unlawful purposes, to treat other members with respect, not to post offensive content, and to provide truthful information in their profile.
6. Moderation and suspension
Synk reserves the right to suspend or delete any account that does not comply with these Terms of Use. Except in cases of serious or unlawful violations requiring immediate action, the user concerned will be informed of the reason for this decision and may contest it by contacting us at contact@synkapp.fr.
7. Intellectual property
The Synk application, its logo, its design, and all of its content are protected by intellectual property rights. Any unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of liability
Synk cannot be held liable for interactions between users. The application is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that encounters will lead to lasting relationships.
9. Data protection
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to the Terms of Use
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Users will be informed of any substantial change.
